Portland (PDX) : Rogue Ale’s Public House

In PDX’s Concourse D, you’ll find Rogue Ale’s Public House, a bar featuring 12 beers, primarily Rogue, of course, on tap. Naturally, their cocktails showcase their own spirits, including Chatoe Rogue single malt whiskey. Kobe cheeseburgers are made with Rogue Creamery blue cheese and Harry’s beer cheese soup is made with their own Dead Guy ale. And if it weren’t enough that their entire food and drink menu is everything fantastically Rogue, the real capper is that you can buy and fill a growler and take it with you – to go.

There are two locations of Dei Frescobaldi Wine Bar in the Rome airport, with Tuscan varietals from the 700-year-old winemaker family on full view. The entire list is enviable, actually, so it would do you good to take time to taste through all that Italy has to offer. Pair your wines up with some cheese and charcuterie, perhaps including some regional mozzarella di bufala drizzled with truffle oil. And now you’re on your way.
