Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Cruzan Gold Rum or any gold rum
1/2 oz simple syrup
1:1 ratio
1 oz white peach puree ( I used perfect puree out of California)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 mint leaves
Couple dashes angostura bitters
How to Make:
In a pint glass muddle mint, peaches, sugar, and juices together. Add
rum, bitters and ice shake well and strain into a cocktail glass
garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of peach.
