4-6 slices of fresh ginger
1 bar spoon of sugar
1 1/2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 lime wedge
Ginger Ale
How to Make:
In a mixing glass muddle the fresh ginger, sugar, and lime juice.
Add Goslings Dark Rum. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 7 seconds.
Strain into a hi-ball glass over fresh ice and top off with ginger ale.
Garnish with a lime and a slice of fresh ginger on the rim.
