What is the first cocktail you ever mixed using Captain Morgan and how would you adapt it for Black? I’m not going to lie, I was a bartender in a bar in New York City at the time and I made a fair amount of the classic Captain and Coke style cocktails. I found when using Black that citrus really pairs well with the intensity of the flavor so I would add a lemon and a lime as a garnish to the classic Rum and Coke – A nouveau, more complex Cuba Libra for our generation.
