Half & Half Cocktails

There is a serious half-and-half situation happening these days. Many bartenders, from novice to experienced, are mixing some type of lemon flavor to some type of iced tea flavor this summer. Who doesn’t enjoy this refreshing drink on a hot summer day? Here are some recipes that will make your taste buds happy at your next BBQ, and keep your thirst quenched in the hot summer sun!

Belvedere Vodka makes a delicious lemon tea vodka. According to Belvedere

Belvedere Effortless Tea

  • 1.5 oz Belvedere Lemon Tea Vodka
  • 3 oz peach tea

Preparation: Build over cubed ice and garnish with a lemon wedge & sprig of mint. Firefly Vodka made the first hand-crafted sweet tea flavored vodka. Low-Cal Lemon Tea

  • 1 part Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
  • Crystal Light Lemonade mix

Preparation: Follow instructions to make lemonade on Crystal Light box. Build over cubed ice.

Boston Tea Punch

  • 5 parts Grey Goose Le Citron
  • 4 parts iced tea
  • 3 whole lemons
  • 1 part sugar

Preparation: Place raw sugar in punch bowl. Add warm Earl Grey tea to dilute. Thinly slice the lemons, and add ice to the punch bowl, along with all the remaining ingredients. Chill for two hours. Serve over ice and present with lemon wheels.

Jack Honey Lemonade

  • 1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
  • 3 parts lemonade

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice and garnish with a cherry.
