Chilled Drink of the Week: Peach Bourbon Bite

Peach Bourbon Bite
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of Bourbon
- 2 oz. of Spicy Peach and Honey Simple Syrup*
- 4 oz. Ginger Ale
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker add bourbon, simple syrup and ice. Shake and pour contents of shaker into an ice filled cocktail glass. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with grilled peach slice and serve.
*Spicy Peach & Honey Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Hotlanta Chili Pepper Honey
- 1 peach, peeled, pitted & chopped
Preparation: In a medium saucepan, stir together water, sugar, honey and grilled peaches. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let mixture simmer until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 25 minutes. Strain peaches from syrup mixture and let cool completely before using. Store in the refrigerator. Mix into iced tea or cocktails for a sweet hot peach flavor.
