Chilled Drink of the Week: Pomegranate Prosecco

With the holiday’s right around the corner, the Hard Rock Cafe is offering limited-edition cocktails perfect for festive family get-togethers, making the holidays all the more merrier and bright.
Pomegranate Prosecco
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Santa Margarita Prosecco
- 1 tbs. Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 oz. Finest Call White Sangria Mix
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Preparation: Add seeds and sangria mix into champagne flute. Fill with Prosecco and garnish with rosemary sprig.
Cocoa Press
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Amaretto
- 2 oz. Bacardi Oakheart
- 3 oz. Real Pumpkin Puree
- 14 oz. Hot Chocolate
- 5 Marshmallows
Preparation: Place marshmallows into bottom of press, add the first three ingredients then fill with hot chocolate. Insert depressor and lid, slowly press the depressor to the bottom of French Press to smash marshmallows.
