Sauza Tequila & Courvoisier Cognac New Years Cocktails

Champagne year after year on New Year’s Eve has become predictable. Why not add a little kick to your evening by adding a boost to your bubbly? Combining champagne with tequila or cognac is an easy way to mix things up, making for a memorable 2012 welcome party. Sauza Tequila and Courvoisier Cognac have the perfect cocktails to spice up the last night of 2011.

THE RESOLUTION
Try this cocktail at Blue Fin -1567 Broadway, New York, New York
Directions:
6 parts Sauza® Silver Tequila (or Sauza® Blue Silver Tequila)
1 part Pomegranate Juice
1 part Simple syrup
Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
16 parts Champagne
Silver Candy Beads
Ingredients:
Build first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne and candy garnish. Serve at midnight.

 

 

PINK SLIPPER
Try this cocktail at Zio – 17 W 19th St, New York, New York
Ingredients:
1 part Courvoisier® Rosé
1 part Prosecco
Lemon twist garnish
Directions:
Combine Courvoisier Rosé and Prosecco in champagne flute. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
