The "Polished Princess"

Created by world-renowned mixologist and cocktail consultant, Jonathan Pogash, the Polished Princess is made using Sobieski Vanilia, which was recently introduced in the U.S. market.

The Polished Princess is a fantastic autumn beverage that combines many great elements including two flavors of the season, pumpkin and cranberry. This is all brought together with egg white, which adds a thick, creamy, rich texture to the drink that is simply delicious and is a great way to finish off that Thanksgiving meal!

The Sobieski Polished Princess
1 1/2 oz. Sobieski Vanilia Vodka
5 cranberries
Pinch pumpkin spice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white

Directions: In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the cranberries and spice in the simple syrup and lemon juice. Then add remaining ingredients and dry shake. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into chilled martini glass and

add 3 floating cranberries for garnish.
