Jason’s Own Signature Cocktail: Firewalker Mai Tai

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Clement VSOP Rhum
• 1/2 oz. Cointreau
• 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz. House Made Orgeat

Preparation:

1. Shake/Strain over crushed ice
2. Top with Lost Spirits Over Proof Polynesian Rum
3. Mint sprig/Half lime covered with Raw Turbinado Sugar and over Proof rum then lite on fire : )
