Marco’s Own Signature Cocktail: Mulata

• 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree
• 3/4 oz. Fresh squeeze Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1)
• 2 Barspoon “Stirrings” Ginger Liqueur
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 1/2 oz. “Tanqueray” London Dry Gin

Preparation: Mix All the ingredients in a Mixing glass, add Ice and Shake. Double strain over a Chilled cocktail Glass. Lemon Zest and garnish with a Lemon Twist.
