Where You Bartend: Harlow’s Fine Cuisine & Cocktails – San Juan Capistrano, California
How Many Years Bartending: 13
Favorite Cocktail: Might as well ask a parent who’s their favorite kid. Although I can say I do not enjoy vodka and I really like Rye whiskey right now.
Favorite Beer: Anything but IPA
Favorite Shot: Fernet if I’m with other bartenders and Tequila if I’m with friends and Whisky right as I’m out the door!
Favorite Bar In The World To Have A Drink: Any bar that cares as much as I do about its’ customers.
Robert’s Own Signature Cocktail: The “38 Special”
Reasoning: My father passed away last year after fighting off 4 brain tumors over his lifetime. He taught me to be a straight shooter in life and with a gun. The “38 Special” is the gun I inherited from my father. The drink is named after him to honor him for all that he has taught me. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Cheers.
