INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Mathilde Peach Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Cinammon Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Plum Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients into shaker tin and dry shake for 20 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds.
  3. Double Strain into rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel and blueberry.

My Van Gogh Vodka twist on a blueberry juice, my friend from Costa Rica would make, that would remind me of the beach in Jaco.
