INSPIRATION

My inspiration was to capture the essence that is Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka, it’s aroma and palette profile as master distiller Tim Vos created and to design a cocktail that any well stocked bar around the globe could duplicate. It takes much skill to produce a high quality spirit, and I wanted to create a cocktail that compliments the nuances of the peach and cooling mint, into an elegant, year round, refreshing cocktail. My Going Dutch cocktail, is balanced and shows off how sometimes, less is more when designing a drink.
