ACAI MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1 1/2 oz. Xi Acai Rum

1 oz. Apple Juice

3 Lime Wedges

6 Mint Leaves

Sierra Mist or 7 Up

Ice

PREPARATION:

Muddle Mint Leaves & Limes. Add VEEV, Xi , Apple Juice & Ice. Shake Vigorously and pour into Collins or other tall Glass. Top off with Sierra Mist.

GARNISH:

A Lime Wedge, a Slice of Apple and a Sprig of Mint

GLASSWARE:

Collins or similar tall glass

INSPIRATION:

I wanted to do a non traditional Mojito for the summer. I have always enjoyed VEEV and when a vendor dropped off a sample of the Xi, it seemed a perfect fit.
