INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Raspberry Puree

3/4 oz. Agave Syrup Sweetener

1/2 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

1 Egg White

2 dashes Apple Bitters

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake without ice to emulsify egg white, then add ice and shake. Strain into coupe or stemmed glassware.

Lime Wheel and Cherry
