INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. of VEEV

1/2 oz. of Disaronno Amaretto

1/2 oz. Banana Liquor (or Mix/Purée if Unavailable)

Milk

Shredded Coconut

Whipped Cream

PREPARATION:

Pour ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake to the tune of Babaloo. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Top with whipped cream and shredded coconut.

Shredded Coconut

Tulip

INSPIRATION:

Acai na tigela is a traditional Brazilian dish of puréed acai served with granola and bananas and other fruits. VEEV doesn’t need mixers but you asked for it. Took almost a whole botte to find one I liked. Club soda is still my favorite. Please get it to Pa. Otis illegal to sell it if I buy it in New Jersey.
