INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV Acai

1/2 oz. Absolut Mandrin

Muddle Raspberry and Blackberries

1/2 oz. Lemon

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake, drain into Collins top with sparkling wine

PREPARATION:

Muddle raspberry and blackberries together, start with least expensive items mean simple, lemon juice, than spirits. Shake hard and long, drain into a Collins glass, finish with sparking wine.

INSPIRATION:

I just recently started eating raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries and find that they are so good and refreshing. When I saw it was a veev competition I started playing around with blackberries and raspberries. It’s was a challenge to pair but than I cut the berries with a hint of orange vodka. To finish the crisp drink I too with sparking wine
