INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Lemongrass Syrup

1/2 Orgeat

Ten Mint Leaves

3/4 oz. Lime

PREPARATION:

Dry middle mint into a Boston. Add syrups, vodka, lime. Shake hard until very frothy. Pour over new ice.

GARNISH:

Mint Leaf, Lemon Grass

GLASSWARE:

VEEV Jar

INSPIRATION:

My Cuban daughter inspired me to skin a mojito. The beautiful weather I live in made me think of lemongrass and how refreshing it is.
