INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. VEEV Acai Spirit

1/4 oz. Blue Curacao

1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Coconut Water

4 one inch Pineapple cubes

4 sprigs of Sage

PREPARATION:

Build cocktail in pint glass beginning with muddling 4 one inch cubed pineapples. Add 1 oz. VEEV, 1/4 oz. Blue Curacao, 1/2 oz. Agave, 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3/4 oz. coconut water to muddled pineapples. Slap and tear 4 sprigs of sage. Add ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with 8th inch sliced lemon wheel float punctured by a sprig of sage.
