GARNISH:

Grapefruit Twist

GLASSWARE:

Large Red Wine Glass

INSPIRATION:

My favorite spirit is gin. And my favorite drink is a French seventy five, because of it’s backstory of the American GI’s reasons for creating the cocktail. I also like how old the cocktail is. When I saw VEEV the first thought in my head was a Brazilian style drink of the same fashion. I love making drinks I’ve never backed down from a drink and I want to continue making guests happy for years to come. I hope you enjoy the Brazilian 75 I sure am right now and cheers. See you in NOLA.
