DILLICIOUS VEEV

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

4 Thinly sliced cucumbers

1 Sprig of dill

1/4 oz. Simple syrup

1/4 oz. Lemon/lime fresh juice

PREPRATION:

Muddle 3 slices if cucumber– without the skin, with half of the sprig of dill pulled from the stem, add remaining ingredients together. Shake. Double strain.

GARNISH:

Remaining sprig and slice of cucumber

GLASSWARE:

Martini glass

INSPIRATION:

Dill is the most common herb grown in Germany. I used to live there in my teens. Dill is versatile and fresh and aside from beer, reminds me of my favorite country–Deutchland!
