INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Celery Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

1 Slice Jalapeño

3 Cilantro Leaves

Sparkling Wine

Crushed Ice

PREPARATION:

In a shaker muddled 3 leaf cilantro, 1 round slice jalapeños then add, 1/2 oz. celery juice, 1/2 oz. simple syrup, 3/4 oz. lime juice shake it then pour it in mint julep cup with crushed ice top the drink with sparking wine.

GARNISH:

2 Cilantro Leaves

GLASSWARE:

Cooper Mint Julep Cup

INSPIRATION:

I wanted to create a sweet and sour drink which is the name of the cocktail in Portuguese. This drink is perfect for summer day at the pool or in your backyard. I love using ingredients that grows in your backyard.
