GETTING FIZZY WITH IT

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Heavy Cream

1/4 oz. Agave

1 Egg White

2 oz. Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

PREPARATION:

Add all wet ingredients into shaker tin except the tonic. Dry shake until your arms are sore, traditionally a fizz should be shaken for no less than 12 minutes. Give as much of an effort as you can. Wet shake, pour some half of the tonic into a chilled collins glass, strain, top with the remaining tonic water to finish the fizz. Add your garnish of a lemon flag rolled and filled with pomegranate seeds.

INSPIRATION:

When experimenting with VEEV and its subtle Acai notes, I wanted to pair a fun, bright, summertime sipper with bright but subtle pomegranate and banana background to compliment VEEV.
