INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Combier Orange Liquor

1 1/2 oz. Hand Pressed Apple Cider

3-5 Sage Leaves

1 Bar Spoon Ginger Jam

PREPARATION:

In a Boston shaker glass muddle sage, lemon juice, jam. Add additional ingredients, ice & hard shake for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.

GARNISH:

Candied Ginger on a Bamboo Skewer & Large Sage Leaf

GLASSWARE:

Coupe

INSPIRATION:

Thought about apple picking upstate NY & the combination of cider & ginger is very refreshing!
