INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Tito’s Vodka

3/4 oz. Turbinado Syrup

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

4-5 Slices of Cucumber

6-8 Mint Leaves

PREPARATION:

Make Turbinado Syrup 1:1 (Water & Turbinado Sugar).

Put Syrup and cucumbers into mixing glass & muddle.

Slap mint leaves and add to mixing glass.

Add remaining ingredients to mixing glass.

Shake vigorously with ice for 15 seconds.

Fine strain into chilled coupe.

GARNISH:

Mint Leaf on Floating Cucumber Slice

GLASSWARE:

Chilled Coupe

INSPIRATION:

My inspiration for this cocktail derives from the clear environmental initiatives displayed by the creators of Veev. I wanted to pay homage to these values with a healthy/organic cocktail with fresh ingredients.
