1 1/2 oz. VEEV
3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc.
2 oz. Champagne
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
10 Wheat Grass Blades +2 for Garnish
Quick muddle of wheat grass, add all other ingredients to tin. Ice, shake, double strain. Top with champagne and garnish with two wheat grass blades.

I tend to wander the produce sections of grocery stores and farmers markets and allow my mood and imagination to direct me.
