1 1/2 oz. Veev

1/2 oz. Galliano L’Autentico

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Egg White

3/4 oz. Orange

1 bar spoon Dark Creme de Cacao

1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters

Combine the ingredients in a shaker tin. Dry shake or dry blend to emulsify the ingredients. Shake emulsified mixture with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass. Garnish with a orange wedge that has been styled with a channel knife. Boogie on down!

Styled Orange Slice

Here is a fresh take on the 70s classics the Harvey Wallbanger and the Golden Cadillac. In reinventing these fern bar staples, Veev takes center stage as the new star adding a tropical flair to the familiar orange and vanilla combo. The drink gets a further tropical bent with the addition of passion fruit which not only enhances the orange and chocolate but the prickly pear found in the Veev. This was served during my last shift at Prime Meats where we created a 70s pop up bar. Good times and good vibes were had by all especially, those who chose to cheat on vodka with Veev.
