1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1 oz. Rosemary Honey Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lemon

1 Egg White


Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass without ice. Dry shake hard for 10 seconds. Add the ice and shake hard for 30 to 45 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Express a lemon peel over the drink and rub the oils on the lip and gentle set the peel on the rim.

Honey Syrup:

1:1 honey/water. (10 oz. of each)

Add One Rosemary Sprig

Big fan of the Bees Knees so one day I was playing around with the honey rosemary syrup. The best thing about the classics are they shine through out time just the way they are. I like to change them just a little or add some flare to them to bring new life to them. Or to capture something the customer will like. That’s the fun in it… Its up to you to be you and make things your own.
