My inspiration behind this cocktail was the Pimms Cup. I mostly concentrate on running our wine cocktail bar, Knoxville Uncorked. I used the Stella Rosa to bring out the sweeter, fruity side to a classic Pimms cup, while still incorporating what our bar is known for. I worked to incorporate the five sense just as one would when tasting wine. It’s important to appreciate the art of cocktailing and the fact that we are at this point in the cocktail world because of the strong foundation of classic cocktails. What better way to show appreciation than to reinvent and and use as inspiration.
