1 1/2 oz. Veev
1/2 oz. Tanqueray gin
1/2 oz. Domaine de canton ginger liqueur
1 oz. Matcha simple syrup
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients and dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into coupette and garnish with sifted matcha powder.
