INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

3 Mint Leaves

1 tbsp. Sugar

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1 oz. Champagne

PREPARATION:

Combine ingredients in tin-minus the champagne. Shake vigorously, pour into half sugar rimmed cocktail glass, top with 1 oz. champagne.

GARNISH:

Mint leaf

GLASSWARE:

Bucket cocktail

INSPIRATION:

My dad is from Kentucky where they are known for their mint juleps. I however do not care for bourbon. My mother is from Florida and loves her mimosas and mojitos. I dont care for either of those either, therefore I chose to pick a few ingredients from those cocktails and wallah! The Mint Frizzer was born (using VEEV).
