2 oz. Veev

1 oz. Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Cranberry Lime Syrup

1/2 oz. St. Garmain

8 Blueberries

2 Strawberries (Hulled)

1 Rosemary Spring

Add Blueberries, Strawberries, Rosemary Spring, Meyer lemon juice and Cranberry Lime syrup to shaker. Muddle ingredients and then add St. Garmain and Veev, then fill shaker with ice and give it a nice hardy shake (shake vigorously). Double strain ingredients into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with Meyer lemon wheel and torched rosemary.

1 Cup Water

1 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice

1 Can of Whole Berry Cranberry sauce (14 oz)

2 Cups of Granulated Sugar

Add Water, Fresh Lime juice, and whole cranberry sauce to medium sauce pan, bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 10 minutes, add 2 cups of sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring ingredients to a boil and then let simmer until mixture starts to thicken, not too much! just enough to lightly coat the back of the spoon. Remove from heat and strain syrup into a clean vessel using a fine mess strainer. let cool and store in refrigerator, can keep for 2 weeks.

Martini (Chilled)

My inspiration was Veev. Honestly I never tasted Veev until this but when I did… Oh man! what a delight! I had to think to myself “What have I’ve been missing!!!” The flavor profile of Veev blew my mind, I loved that slightly bitter, tart, yet sweet thing it had going on and I wanted to stay on that road with a slight left turn of herbal intoxication. So I created “On Da Horizon” cause like Veev this cocktail is definitely on the horizon of something great and spectacular.
