INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Veev

Fill with pineapple juice

Float 1/2 oz. chambord

PREPARATION:

Fill a Collins glass with ice pour 1 oz. Veev fill with pineapple juice then float 1/2 oz. of chambers.. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a leaf from the top of a fresh pineapple.

GARNISH:

Pineapple wedge and leaf

GLASSWARE:

Collins/ any tall glass

INSPIRATION:

Looks beautiful.. Like a rainbow in a glass.. Very fast and simple to make.. A crowd pleaser for sure!!
