INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

2 Blackberries

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. St. Germain

Splash of Soda

Blackberry and Mint Sprig garnish

PREPARATION:

Muddle blackberries with lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass.

Add St. Germain and VEEV to mixing glass, add ice and shake.

Julep strain mixture into Collins glass Filled with ice.

Top with a couple splashes of Soda.

Garnish with one blackberry and a mint sprig.

INSPIRATION:

Based on a gin smash but some guests wanted a cocktail with more fruit flavor and a very light refreshing feel. This is what I came up with.
