INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup

1/4 oz. Maple Syrup

Soda Water

PREPARATION:

Measure and pour ingredients in a shaker tin. Add very little ice and give a quick and hard whip shake. Pour into a Collins glass over ice. Top soda water. Add a garnish, a straw sip and enjoy! Cheers!

INSPIRATION:

Inspired by the vodka cocktail most ordered at my bar: the Moscow Mule.
I wanted to keep the beautiful simplicity of the original but had to match the strong ingredient that’s already in there and emphasize the high quality vodka.

The addition of pineapple was a pretty immediate choice that the tiki in me wanted there. I chose to use maple to round out the meeting of the vodka, the ginger and the pineapple. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
