INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Soho Lychee Liqueur

1 oz. Chia Limon Agua Fresca

Splash of Passionfruit Puree

Splash of Ginger Habanero Syrup

Splash of Fresh Lime Juice

Topped with Prosecco

Garnish with Mint Leaves and Lemon Twist

PREPARATION:

Add all ingredients minus the sparkling and shake. Pour into a wine glass over crushed ice and top with Prosecco.

Wine Glass

INSPIRATION:

Working at Nacional 27 we have monthly competitions using different spirits. For the month of May the focus was VEEV and I made and love this cocktail.
