INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 oz. VEEV

1 oz Smoked Black and Green Olive Juice

PREPARATION:

To make the smoked olive juice… Combine black and green olive juices and charred a piece of smoked applewood, place that applewood in juice and let it sit for a week…

GARNISH:

One smoked black and one smoked green olive

GLASSWARE:

Martini glass

INSPIRATION:

Everyone likes a dirty martini… So I wanted to add a different twist to it by adding the black olives then thought of smoking them. So, I grabbed a piece applewood and smoked it and then charred it and added it too the juices and it intensified the flavor of the olives and adding the smoky flavor as well
