INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. Top note Tonic bitter lemon (Any Tonic Concentrate Will Work)

2 oz Seltzer

5-6 Sugar Snap Peas

2 1″ Slices Fresh Ginger

PREPARATION:

Muddle 3 Snap Peas, ginger, and simple syrup in mixing tin. Add remaining ingredients and ice shake well. Double strain cocktail into glass over ice. Tip with seltzer, and garnish. Enjoy. Repeat.

INSPIRATION:

Inspiration came from sitting outdoors in Milwaukee, dreaming of all beautiful things to come in warmer weather. Pictured using fresh produce from my home garden to create a perfectly balanced, light, and refreshing cocktail.
