INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Passoa – Puerto Rican Passionfruit Liqueur – 20% alcohol

1 1/2 oz. Veev– 40% alcohol

4 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate

2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Raspberry Puree

4 1/2 oz. Ocean Spray Raspberry Cranberry Juice

1 1/2 oz. Dole Pineapple juice

1 1/2 oz. Pellegrino Blood Orange Seltzer

PREPARATION:

In a mixing glass with ice, add Passion Fruit Concentrate, Raspberry Puree, Veev, Passoa then balance with Ocean Spray Rasp/Cran juice and Pineapple juice. Shake rapidly or mix. Pour into serving glass and top with Blood Orange Seltzer and Garnish.

GARNISH:

Lemon or Lime

GLASSWARE:

cocktail or martini glass

INSPIRATION:

This drink pays homage to my family’s native island of Puerto Rico, balanced with exotic juices to create a drink that’s truly something to smile about.
