INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

2 oz. Fresh watermelon juice that has been strained

1/2 oz. of Lime Juice

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

1/2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Basil Leaves

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients into Boston shaker (slapping the basil first) and 3 ice cubes. Dry shake for 45 seconds, add ice, shake, and double strain into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with basil leaf

Stemless Wine Glass

INSPIRATION:

I’ve been experimenting with olive oil paired with egg whites, and had made a salad recently with watermelon, and basil drizzled with olive oil. I thought it could be good in cocktail form.
