1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1 oz. Pear Nectar

1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice

1/4 oz. Honey

1 Sprig of Rosemary

Put all ingredients in to a shaker. Shake approximately 20 seconds. Fine strain in to a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of Rosemary.

Pretty simple. Prep your fresh juices and herbs, get the glassware ready, shaker, and smile!

When designing a cocktail, I like to think of what I want to feel, the taste I want to project and the experience I want a person to have when they drink that cocktail. With VEEV it’s quite easy to get that big fresh clean feeling. After tasting and pairing a bunch of different fruits, smoothing it out with natural sugar, throwing in a good herb, I came across what I think is the perfect blend to be the “Summer Garden Squeeze!”

The thing that inspired me to create this cocktail was really VEEV’s standing on taking an old product and “cheating” to get a smooth, all natural taste. Once it hits your tongue you can easily sip vodka and not get a bad burn and harsh flavor. My favorite part of building a good cocktail is to start with a great product. And, serving a GREAT cocktail to a waiting consumer is my inspiration!
