INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Blueberry & Pomegranate Infused VEEV

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Topped Off with Club Soda

PREPARATION:

Infusion: To every one bottle of VEEV infuse one pint of blueberries & one pomegranate (only the seeds) for 72 hours.

Build in shaker tin. Double strain in collins. Fill with ice. Top with club soda. Finish with a couple of bar spoons of Superfly berries & a mint sprig.

GARNISH:

Mint Sprig & Superfly Berries (Blueberries & Pomegranate seeds infused with VEEV)

INSPIRATION:

I has inspired mostly but Soul music artists like Curtis Mayfield. My thought process for the Superfly was I wanted to make a super fruit cocktail for your new cocktail menu. Plus I loved the favor profile of VEEV & I wanted to educate & turn on more people to the Spirit. All my new Cocktails I’ve been trying to be more Health Conscious by using fruits that promote good health. I love berries & I liked the combination of acai,blueberry,& pomegranate. Also I like carbonation & fresh cocktails like the Tom Collins & Mojitos.
