INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Cointreau

1/4 oz. St Germaine Liqueur

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 slice Lemon Peel

PREPARATION:

Add all ingredients (minus lemon peel) to iced cocktail shaker and stir, double strain into martini glass. Light Mach and flame lemon oils over the top of glass, and float lemon rind atop beverage

GARNISH:

Lemon Rind

GLASSWARE:

Martini Glass

INSPIRATION:

A new take on the classic sidecar, inspired by the aroma and floors of Veev. The cocktail was created while thinking of an exciting spring/summer Veev inspired drink.
