INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. Oolong Infused VEEV

3/4 oz. Lemon

3/4 oz. Herbal Tea Syrup (1 tea*: 1 sugar) *(Water steeps with Thyme, opal basil, sage, rosemary, lemon peel)

6 Golden Raspberries

1 oz. Green Chartreuse (on side)

PREPARATION:

1. Place Chartreuse and one raspberry in a shot glass to soak.

2. In tin place Lemon, syrup, berries.

3. Muddle.

4. Add infused VEEV.

5. Soft shake for 3-5 seconds.

6. Strain over fresh ice into choice glassware.

7. Garnish with soaked raspberry and light on fire.

8. Sip in all the glory.

GARNISH:

Green Chartreuse soaked and flamed golden raspberry

GLASSWARE:

Pint or double old fashioned

INSPIRATION:

Sometimes you want a hot toddy, but cold and without whiskey… I really wanted to taste all the tea and Veev is just the spirit to enhance that Oolong depth.
