INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

3/4 oz. Lemon

1 oz. Raspberry Basil Simple with Lavender Bitters

1/2 oz. Liquor 43

1/2 oz. Luxardo

Lavender Bitters

5 Raspberries

Basil

Club Soda

PREPARATION:

Fresh raspberries blended with 1:1 simple syrup – strained to remove seeds.

Mix all ingredients with draft ice shake and dump.

Top with Club Soda.

GARNISH:

Fresh Basil

Collins

INSPIRATION:

I wanted a really light summer pool cocktail. Living in Arizona we spend most of our time outside by a pool. This recipe is great to make as a punch to keep out outside with your friends longer.
