INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1/2 oz. St. Germaine

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Thin Slice Serrano Chile

INGREDIENTS:

In shaker muddle Serrano, add remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Double strain in a coupe glass.

GARNISH:

Serrano chile thinly sliced and fanned out

GLASSWARE:

Coupe

INSPIRATION:

This was one of my first cocktails I had put on my menu at Pisco Latin lounge in San Francisco which turned out to be one of the biggest sellers outside of Pisco cocktails. My inspiration for this recipe, I wanted the spice of Brazil and the flavor of the Acari berry to come through, so by adding St Germaine, Serrano and lime to the Veev the flavor profile and layers of tasting notes came out beautifully.
