VEEV PEPPER SMASH

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

1 oz. Red Bell Pepper Juice

3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Basil Infused Honey

Basil Leaf

PREPARATION:

Juice the red pepper. Infuse the honey with basil. Muddle a basil leaf. Combine all the ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice.

GARNISH:

Basil Leaf and Bell Pepper Ring

GLASSWARE:

Old Fashioned

INSPIRATION:

Created for a VEEV happy hour. The Red bell pepper is such a great, fresh, vegetal and sweet juice so I dialed back the honey. It’s sweet enough as is and perfect for a Summer Soirée.
