INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. VEEV

Jalapeño Slice

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz. Rosemary Infused Agave Nectar

Splash of Club soda

PREPARATION:

Muddle Jalapeño.

Add, Agave, Lime Juice and VEEV.

Shake and Strain Over Fresh Ice.

Add Splash of Soda.

Quick Stir to Combine.

GARNISH:

Rosemary Sprig

GLASSWARE:

Highball

INSPIRATION:

Created for VEEV Happy hour. I wanted to do something spicy for Summer and the Rosemary gives the cocktail a nice nose. Was a big hit at the Event!
