VEEVBERRY COOLER

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. VEEV

1/4 oz. St. Germaine

2 Lime Wedges

Bundaberg Ginger Beer

3 Blackberries

1/2 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Blackberry (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

PREPARATION:

Combine st. germaine and lime wedges in a shaker and muddle 3-4 times. Add blackberries and muddle 1 additional time. Add VEEV. Add ice and shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Double strain into ice filled collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wheel with speared blackberry and mint sprig (lightly slapped between hands to release fragrant oils).

INSPIRATION:

Late spring and summer always makes me think of finding wild blackberries on camping trips as a kid. Blackberries are thus a favorite of mine and since they are delicious this time of year, I like to incorporate them into recipes as much as I can. ENJOY!
